How to use PVC Gas Hose?

PVC gas hose is also called PVC natural gas pipe, PVC gas pipe. The correct installation scheme is as follows:
● Gas PVC pipes should be laid along the wall of non-combustible materials. When meeting with other pipes, they should meet the following requirements:
● When laying horizontally and parallelly, the net distance should not be less than 150mm;
● When laying vertically in parallel, the net distance should not be less than 100mm, and should be located outside the other pipes;
● When cross-laying, the net distance should not be less than 50mm.

What to pay attention to when installing PVC gas hoses:
● Due to special circumstances, when the indoor gas pipeline must pass through the bathroom, toilet, suspended ceiling (vertical through) and the living room, the pipeline should have no interface.
● The indoor gas pipe should not pass under the water bucket. When it is necessary to pass through, a casing should be installed. The diameter of the casing should be two grades larger than the diameter of the gas pipe. There should be no interface between the gas pipe and the casing.

What to pay attention to when installing PVC gas hoses:
● After the installation of the gas pipeline is completed, a tightness test shall be conducted. The test pressure is 300mm water column, and the pressure does not decrease within 3 minutes to be qualified.
● Gas appliances, electric meters, and electrical equipment should be set in a misaligned position, and the horizontal clear distance should not be less than 500mm. When dislocation cannot be achieved, insulation protection measures shall be provided.
● Fire prevention measures must be taken when the wall surface of the burning appliance is wood or other flammable materials.
